Hopefully it won't be like my recent order, went from their base in Memphis to outside Chicago, from there to BFI AK, then to KY, back to TN, then back to Chicago...Chanel had nothing to do with this mess. It was all UPS

It was sent out on 10/16. I still have no clue how UPS ever thought this should go to AK. I should have received on 10/20, due to the weekend. It is a 2 day ship time from Memphis to Chicago. It cracks me up, when they offer "free" 2 day ship.....really ????? That is normal ship time for Chicago. For those elsewhere, it would be nice.

I hope they don't repeat that one too often. I get annoyed when they advise that they're coming one day and then revise the date on the morning of the original delivery date.
