Scents usually bother me too, but I really like Chanel make-up scents and they don't irritate me at all!I used to dislike the RA scent but recently, I find myself enjoying the smell when I put on the l/s or the gloss. It has grown on me!I have just bought a Helmer and the plastic tray inserts to organise my makeup. Now my l/s are standing upside down and it makes finding a particular l/s much easier. It also means there are lots of space for my collection to expand.
But I need to pace myself and my wallet.
I'd love to see pics when they're all ready. We don't have an IKEA -- but there is one in a bordering state (like 6 hours away). So, I love to go check it out whenever I get the chance!Some of Chanel skincare lines smell divine too! I bought the grey ones as the white ones were sold out, and the red resembles fire engine/hose reel so I don't like it. Here's hoping they will come in more colours next time. I will fix up the other one this weekend. I love to share some pics when they are ready.
So I tried applying with the rounded side and it was terrible! I felt like I was using the wrong hand for application. I even got some lipstick on the underside of my front teeth somehow. I guess I was trying to eat the tube out of frustration?
Not good! I'll stick with my flat side application.

I always have something in the fridge for one reason or another and someone inevitably asks "what the hell is this in your fridge for?"Considering the amount of lip products I own I probably should be worried, but I'm not. I should also remember this fact before purchasing even more lip items, but I don't.
I do store them in a cool, dry place and I think most higher end lipsticks and glosses will last at least a few years before turning (maybe more). I could be totally wrong about that, but from my experience they hold up pretty well. I'm hoping when we get into a place with more space I'll be able to get a little mini refrig. that will fit into a custom built storage cabinet to keep things around longer.
