^^MIssQQ -- you are so cute! I am not an eggnog lover -- but my husband is. He drinks it plain. You'll have to tell us what you think

lol.. I will. Not sure how I would like the taste of egg and milk. Should I drink it cold? I can't heat it up, right, it would be scrambled egg.


Ernie - Great swatches! Tigerlily is so pretty. It looks like mac Evening Aura which I have but it has poor payoff and doesn't show up on me. Bagatelle looks the Chalys' equivalent. Yeah, winthrop labels her glossimers with their names.

Ernie -- love the glossimer swatches! I must have Bagatelle and Bon Bon looks kinda like Muscat to me (one of my fave nudes with a touch of pink).
I am liking these sunset colors for Spring -- they look like pretty and easy colors to wear

Yep -- you can just drink it cold right out of the fridge. You can sprinkle a bit of cinnamon or nutmeg on top.
Have you had mulled apple cider? Starbucks has that apple cider drink that has caramel and whipped cream. Oh.my.goodness.

Thanks for all the pictures & swatches Ernie. Very helpful!

I label my glossimers with the name using a piece of tape along the side using nice big letters so I can actually read the name. There are a older ones that do have names on the bottom but the print is so small they might as well not have the names on there anyway. So my glossimers look tacky but I know what they are.

Definitely cold on the eggnog Miss QQ. Try it plain first as it probably already has quite a bit of spices added.

If anyone happens to swatch the Spring Eclosion quad -- let me know I can only order Chanel online and so far have only found this swatch of the quad http://booyahbeauty.blogspot.com/2011/12/chanel-haul.html I don't know if it is just the lighting in the pic of the quad swatch -- but it doesn't look as pigmented as I had hoped . . . maybe more pics will start trickling in.

Oh my, thank you Ernie for the great photos!!! Some of my lemmings have been quelled as well........I'm not sure what's on my list, but it's a short one for sure. Charme may be coming home with me, but that could be the extent of it. Amazing. I like the idea of mixing pink and peach blushes!

Holiday planning is such a fun time......I'm glad everyone is enjoying their preparations!!

Great idea for glossimer labeling - their labels really are a challenge!! I hate that some of them only have numbers - I have a spreadsheet listing with mine too, so I can keep up.

Hmmm...Evening Aura is the only peachy/orangey color that has ever worked on me. Maybe I need to look at this one after all??? Ernie does it look like EA to you in person?

Yep -- I wanted to love it -- but I am underwhelmed by the swatches of the quad. I think I will be getting the blush, Charme RC, and Bagatelle glossimer (which is plenty -- lol)

Bagatelle is necessary! Bon Bon looks a lot like Bon Bon Aqualumiere gloss. Which I have and love, but I am not sure if I need it again. And I think I'm skipping the quad (pending more swatches of course), but getting Tigerlily.

Ohh Bagatelle looks so pretty, but I have to remind myself that I don't like glossimers, LOL. Tiger Lily seems to be one of those colors that's hard to capture properly as it looks really yellow in some pics and more orange on others.

Looks like my list is down to just Tiger Lily, Superstition, and either Flirt RCS or one of the more coral RCs (Charme/Paradis/Chalys).

Thanks for clearing this little mystery up! I always thought that just the Euro glossimers only had the number at the bottom and that the US ones had the name MissQQ, enjoy the egg nog, I never tried one myself. Ernie, thanks a lot for the swatches! Tigerlily looks great!

Evening aura has more orange whereas Tigerlily leans more to the yellow/gold hue, although there is an orange base to it. Hope that helps!

Thanks for the link Winthrop! Eclosion looks WAY pretty on her but it confirms my fear that it's more than likely better suited for the fairer folk.

Again, I liked it better when I saw the Euro version of it, so I may CP for it. Flirt is pretty, but I wonder if it'll show up on me.

Tried the RCs out again today at my local counter and I'm still meh about the texture...I may just skip the RCs and try to find RA equivalents for them. Now to find RA Exotic...*hunts*

I thought I liked Eclosion, but I'm not feeling it after seeing swatches. I think it's the blush, Flirt, Bagatelle and Tigerlily for me. Plus I want to get Emerville illusion d'Ombre. I love the illusion d'Ombres and try to collect one at a time!

I am loving the swatches! I want to get the blush (glad it is pinker than I thought), 1 lipstick, 1 gloss and the quad. But where is it available? I can't seem to pull it up on the Chanel site.
