I got to see everything today

it's all just so beautiful in person. I bought a backup of Camelia Rose blush. It comes in a rose pink box I bought Desirio & Tenderly nailpolish & Rouge Coco Shine Etourde which is so beautiful in person.

Here are quick store swatch pics. I will do good closeups tomorrow since its dark here.

Camelia swatch is on the very top center of my hand. Angelique is to the left top. The waterproof liner is under the blush swatches. I loved this & forgot to get it. Below it in the middle side of my hand is left, the darker mauve pink from the quad TF, next is the darkeset shade in that quad, to the right of it is the darkeset shade in the other quad. I love TF, so I will get that online.
To the right of the darkest shadows are the 2 glosses which are very very pigmented & beautiful. One is a deep fuchsia raspberry & the other is intense slight coral orangish shade. They are lovely.
Bottom 2 left swatches is the shine Etourde - LOVE this shade. Next 4 are the ls. top 2 are the velvets, bottom 2 are the RA.

He showed me the next 2 collections in the book. The next one is so Beautiful!!! pinks, roses & reds. The collection after that has very very bright blues, purples etc.





This was so sweet - hubs was waiting in the shoe dept. of Dillards while I swatched the Chanel & chatted - there is this very elderly man that works in that shoe dept with a hearing aide that chats with hubs while he waits on me, so hubs wanted me to pick out a pair of shoes so this elderly man would get some commission for Christmas

OK first of all what a sweet thing for you and hubs to do. Brings a tear to my eye actually.

Second, thank you so much for the swatches! Etourde is stunning! That's on my list now, as is Angelique and the coral orange gloss. I'm afraid Camelia Rose is not going to show up on me, plus pinks are not the best on my warm complexion. But I will live vicariously through all of you - such a gorgeous blush. Whenever they decide to do a peach or coral design blush I am all over it!!!

I was a sniffing mess, having seen an item on the news where a police office was going to arrest a woman for shop lifting 3 eggs to feed her 5 children...instead he went inside and bought her a dozen. I was a sobbing mess, and then I just read what hubs did and started all over again. These are the thing that remind us just how fortunate we really are. Going to wash my face now---I'm a MESS!!!

Thank you! I couldn't wait for the collection to show up at Nordstrom or NM, so I called one of my SAs and ordered both blushes and all the polishes. Tisse Fantasie looks really intriguing, but I'm holding off on that for now. I'm so excited about the blushes though. I'm already debating about a backup of both - particularly Camelia Rose. That one is just going to fly off shelves.

Oh I'm so glad you ordered!!!!! I'm beyond excited!!!

I was a sniffing mess, having seen an item on the news where a police office was going to arrest a woman for shop lifting 3 eggs to feed her 5 children...instead he went inside and bought her a dozen. OMGosh - I saw that story this morning before we left & I cried like a baby! Was that precious woman not adorable to listen too.

We would do that exact same thing if we came across a need like that. We've even been leaving big tips when we eat out & writing Merry Christmas on the bill. We want everyone to enjoy Christmas

Geesh, we had neighbors awhile ago (don't live there any more) where right before Christmas her husband left her & she lost her job. I was getting my mail & she happened to tell me that she had to take her 2 girls Christmas presents back

So we gave her the $$$ for them & bought a bunch of surprise presents for both of the girls & surprised the mom. There is NO better feeling on planet earth that can EVER compare to being able to give!

Angelique is more coral peach in person & very pigmented. Etourde is just beyond beautiful in person. I put it on a little while ago & it is pure Chanel love on. If you get a chance to try on the Camelia blush, I would give it a shot. Maybe if till be different. I don't know, but its insanely beautiful.

I'm glad you were able to see everything today and get some of the things you wanted. The SA tried to talk me into a pink Rouge Coco but it sounded very light and I
didn't want to risk it. She was wearing Romantique lipstick while she was taking my order. I'm sure there's more in the collection that'll make its way into my stash.
Are the glosses in the new formula? I hope so...I have Audace and Distinction and I'm just nuts about them.

being cold. I don't think anyone should be cold, so I participate in coat drives to give away my gently worn coats and or buy new, to give away.

That thought crossed my mind too. I have Exotique and I was concerned the coral orange gloss might be too close to it. I think these are the glossimers though? Maybe @elegant-one can confirm?

I was able to check out the collection in Macy's today and was really disappointed. I skipped over the lipsticks but I terms of the eyeshadows and blush.... Tisse Fantasie reminded me a lot of Regarde Pearle from the Spring collection from a few years ago. Both quads were very shimmery. The JC (don't know the name but it's the peach one) reminded me a lot of JC's I already have like Espiegle and Fleur de Lotus. The Camelia Rose was the most disappointing - I really had to press hard with my finger to even get it to show up (and I'm pale). I thought the tester at Macy's might have been a dud so I tried it again at a local boutique and had the same experience. To get it to show up at all on my hand, I really had to dig in. My suggestion is to check it out in person as it Elegant really seems to like it. My problem is that I tend to compare Chanel blushes to Horizon de Chanel from a few years ago and that's hard to beat.

That's ashame for Camelia Rose. When I swiped it, it was very pigmented. Did you pick anything up?

We'll be snotty together LOL! I canbe such a baby. The coat drive is an amazing offering for sure!

I have no idea if its the new gloss formula but they glosses were amazing, very pigmented & SO beautiful. The pink RC is a warmer very light slight peachy pink. I passed on it....at least for now.

I laughed loudly in the car coming home when I pulled out the RC Shine - I said, I think this shade is called E TURD
