I’m not sure about the matte nail polish. Something about it looks odd.

A light application makes it look smudged to me. I guess one could apply a glossy top coat but what would be the point lol

yes. Maybe a different color would look good matte, but that one looks weird to me. Reminds me of my daughter’s play nail polish. (It washed off with soap and water)

Or even a thicker texture, maybe. But as it is it looks like when you go to bed with wet polish

Haha, yes, exactly. Such a drag when you wake up and that’s what your nails look like. The problem is it’s a gorgeous color in person. I have not tried it with a glossy top coat yet, and I was thinking like you at first, but then I came to the conclusion that I always, always use a topcoat anyway so what’s the difference if this one actually needs it to look decent.Or even a thicker texture, maybe.
