Gah both bronzers look so gorgeous....it's a pity that I can never pull off a bronzer. It ALWAYS looks like I rubbed dirt on my face. Although maybe the pink in Sable Rose would prevent that from being the case...

Thanks for the tip, she really liked the duo. Although in her swatches the light color looks very gold. Not sure if I can wear it then. And is En Vouge really this sheer? In the other swatches we saw it looked much more pigmented.

My Sable Rose comes tomorrow.

Makeupmonster - I don't think you would get that muddy effect from the Rose color bronzer. It has just enough pink/rose in it to keep it from doing that. Chanel really knows color.

I love the lighter highlighter color in the duo.

Anybody get the new pink Chanel tissue paper? I did this weekend but then she sprayed it with SOO much perfume that I had to throw it away It was so strong that I had to throw it into the garage trash instead of the kitchen trash

Agreed. It's more like a golden shimmer beige on me. It's more of a 'neutral' gold vs. a yellow one.

I just got the new MAC lipglass in Angel

It makes my lips the sweetest perfect pale nude with baby pink. The color I wish I was born with. And, it actually covers my pigmented lips.

So I asked a question about the bronzers at Cafe Makeup and she said that the Rose one would be a good option for my NW22 ish skintone. I put that back on the list coz I loved the swatches by the time this collection is released in Canada, I prob change my list a million times, hahah!

Makeup Monster - I think anyone should be able to pull off a bronzer as long as you use the right shade and blend it well into your skin, temples, forehead and jawbone. For me, the lighter I am, the more I use bronzers as I feel I need them more. My sister is super duper pale (like NW5 or so in MAC, she can hardly ever find a foundation light enough for her), yet she wears a bronzer everyday. She's become the bronzer master and it looks excellent on her. Anyway the Sable Rose doesn't erven look like a bronzer, more like a blush to me.

Partymartyw - thank you for your great swatches...you are tempting me to go back and expand my wishlist again.

Elegant - yay for sable rose! I'm gonna get that one too
