urban decay primer potion and shadesticks as bases for the eyes. fluidlines or liquidlast liners. usually, if i'm wearing black liner i'll go over the liner with carbon shadow, just for intensity. waterproof mascara or false lashes.
i use prep and prime skin with studio fix fluid, studio fix powder over that, and a blushcream/MSF. i know, it sounds like a lot, but i've never had it fade when i also layer fix+ over all that.
lips should be prep and prime lip and a pro longwear.
spray everything, before and after, with fix+. that stuff is a godsend for keeping makeup on.
