wow thankyou for that, that was a really nice thing to say...I'm all red now haha. I do love red lips, though, I rarely wear them out as I tend to smudge them everywhere...I don't look so elegant then

Just apply a lip pencil to outline your lips and fill the rest of the lip area with the pencil. Then, apply the lipstick and blot with a tissue. This creates a stain. Then, you can reapply the lipstick or apply a gloss. Or, if you don't want to go that glamorous, get a red lip pencil apply it all over the lip area and just add the gloss. When the gloss wears away, you still have the red from the pencil.

Depending on how red you want your lips, choose the lip pencil color accordingly. If you want them bright red, apply a cherry red pencil with a bright red lipstick.
If you want a muted red, apply a nude lip pencil with a muted red.

Either way you choose, you will look gorgeous!
