Concealer, Paints, or Shadesticks for base?

The ONLY thing that works and makes my e/s look HOT with color and doesn't crease is my combo of Paint + CCB over it...

I will NEVER EVER stray from this base as long as I live!

i had shadesticks before i had paints and i think the shadesticks are the best. esp overcast shadestick if your using really vibrant colors. it makes the color stick and make them really pop

I had crimsonaire shadestick, didn't really like it. Paints are nice, but I personally prefer my UD primer potion.

i use paint [bare canvas.]

here's a quick testimonial:

i was away this weekend and i forgot to bring my paint with me, so i just applied the eyeshadow straight to my lid. not two hours later, it had already creased and smudged and i was completely surprised because it never budges when i use paint, and i haven't not used paint since i got it [last may!]

so yeah. it really works! haha.

I use a tiny smudge of select concealer. I don't have oily lids though, so that's more to give a neutral base rather than stop my shadows from slipping.

My technique for getting my eyeshadows to stick is actually to use them wet. I load my brush with shadow and mist Fix+ over it. This really makes them adhere and brings out the shimmer in the more metallic shades. I'm not a fan of Paints in combination with shadows. They dry quickly and I just can't work that fast! I haven't tried the Shadestick or Prep n' Prime techniques.
