"Cry Baby" makeup - recs please?

I love the look of the Drape girls in "Cry Baby" (particularly Wanda! Traci Lords is HOT in this movie!) Product recs or techniques to achieve a look like this would be very much appreciated!

This is a typical pin-up 50s look which consists of: a defined brow;a nude matte eyeshadow with a peach or pink undertone; a defined cat-eye liner; a soft pink blush; and a true red lipstick. Keep the skin matte too and very clean and pale.

Recommendatons:
Liner - MAC's Blacktrack fluideline or equivalent
Lips: MAC's Russian Red or Ruby Woo, use a good lip liner too, MAC's Redd.

Cry Baby is one of my favorite movies and Wanda is probably my favorite character. What's mentioned above pretty much sums up the look - clean, matte skin, baby pink cheeks, neutral matte eye shadows, black/dark brown liquid/gel/creme liner in a cat-eye look, defined red lips.

I like to use MAC "Well Dressed" powder blush for a look like this.
