Y'know, when I dated the guy, he worked, like ALL THE TIME. And he paid his bills. And did what was necessary.
I suppose that over the past several years drugs or alcohol or SOMETHING has changed him.
I've taken him to court 8 times now.
He's on supervised monthly probation because of non payment.
He's in contempt of court.
WHAT DOES IT FREAKING TAKE????

Quite honestly, if he'd just PAY the damn whole whopping 300 a month he has to pay (woooooooooooooo what a HUGE amount!! and it wouldn't even be THAT if he'd paid it in the beginning) there would NEVER be an issue!!

I suppose we'll continue to do this every six months or so.

That's ridiculous.. I hate when people take no responsibilities for their actions and expect for it to never catch up with them. Blargh, you're right... it's not that much for a working person to pay a month. I'm sorry hon =(

It's also an interesting study in how a person falls so low and never recovers, even when the "fall" is more a "jump" than anything.
