lol.. my friend told me about these awhile ago while she was on hers and she said the same thing.. wtf.. who wants to be told.. "have a happy period! "
instead they should wrap some motrins in there and say " f- it take 2 and go to bed."

hahahaha my boyfriend said that the first time he experienced my PMS..and i punched him in the stomach and said "now imagine that, 10x worse, constantly for 7-9 DAYS" he learned right quick...he knows now to not get smart with me when it's that time of the month
