If you use a *really* sticky base, it isn't so bad because it doesn't budge while you're wearing it. You just have to be quite careful removing everything, but I've never actually had any problems with getting glitter in my eyes

It is gorgeous as all of the girls said earlier, and I totally agree.

What I'm a little concerned about is that glitter... is it specifically designated as 'eye-safe', or is that regular craft glitter?
