HG is back on Sephora......

Ok true story---My doc referred me to an orthopedic surgeon. Hubs & I made an appt that same day and then checked him out online.
Turns out he has credentials as long as my arm & is tall and GOOD looking. The plan was that I would go to the appt alone cause hubs
had to work. After looking this guy up hubs decides he should accompany me to the appt. At the appt we completed all the sign-in crap and
were placed in an examining room. A short time passed and the doc opened the door, looked at me & backed out closing the door. Hubs &
I looked at each other & shrugged. Two minutes later the doc walked in, didn't introduce himself but had my chart in his hand and exclaimed,
"You're 60 years old!" The three of us laughed and he then introduced himself. He said I'm so sorry. I thought I had the wrong room or
the wrong chart. Well that made my day! I'm having surgery next Monday. Hubs will be by my side.

Sorry to hear that you're going to have to go through surgery. Will practicing makeup application count as physiotherapy afterward? And hey, at least you'll be able to visit Dr. Charming-Handsome regularly. Hopefully by the time you're feeling better, things will be back in stock at Sephora...

Thanks Katred! Being able to apply makeup will be one of many milestones, like brushing the back of my hair
(I haven't been able to do that w/my rt hand for months now), grooming my puppy, twirling pasta on a spoon AND
beating HG & Elegant to the next Sephora sale.

Oh Monsy don't tell me that. I have Amber Diamond but I skipped Rose Diamond and thought the new one, #001 could fill that void

old ones were more shimmery, not glittery but more glowy. this is more like a blush for light skin tone

Old ones give such a beautiful glow. Someone long time go described amber diamonds as an "instant face lift"
I use it with so many different products both bronzers and blushes and looks amazing with everything

I LOVE Amber Diamond too. It's my first Dior Illuminator and I was surprised that I liked it so much.
Because I liked it so much I considered Rose Diamond but by that time it was pretty much sold out
w/reputable merchants.

Oh that's awesome! Because you & HG cleaned out Sephora, I had to order Trafalger lipstick (have the NP so why not)
and Dior 'Capture Totale' Multi-Perfection Concentrated Serum from Nordies. I threw in one of the new Dior gel nail polishes
just to test them before getting others.

The Dior np are just perfect ( in my opinion of course ) so get ready, there will be others ! I have only one Pandore, they cost 23 € which is expensive compared to all other ones available in my area, but they are really very good. I would compare the texture to the Zoya one but it is better, colours are just to die for, in France we have 21 shades I don't know if it's the same in the US ?
