I'm weak against grey and it's been awhile since I got a gold palette (adore), so if the latter isn't too warm I might get both.

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me.
I sold my Dior Fusion Mono eyeshadow (Blazing) because I don't use it.
The buyer messaged me today that the eyeshadow arrived damaged : the whole thing fell out of the jar. She also sent me photo of it.
I've never experienced this with cream eyeshadow before. Most probably I'll just refund her.
But I'd like to know if the shadow is too dry, or is it still usable?

I once checked that, for chanel cream shadows they recommended those liquids from powder to liquid (but just a bit of course). It must be the same for dior, though I've never tried. I should though, one of mine has came out of the pot like a cracker. I was upset, it was brand new.

I got Trigger and Love nail colours, and one of the rouge lipsticks (love as well). Very nice. Trigger is close to Metallics from last year, but more of a cream, and much greyer than Paradoxal or Spring. Love is absolutely love, it's red but leans slightly pink, quite lovely.

Thank you ladies. I was considering if I should ask her to send it back to me. If she doesn't want to keep it and it still can be saved, I think I will SlugPower, sorry to hear about yours! Can you return it? Or at least exchange it to one that is good.
