I tried Attract yesterday on my eyes. The SA wore it and looked good with it. For some weird reason it turned orange on me so I didn't get it.
What I did get from the summer Collection was the new beige kohl. Now, that's a great idea! It's far less harsh for the waterline than white and wonderfully easy to put on. It's softer and more pigmented than their old white kohl (which is back too in the new formula).

I swatched both quints, they were meh to me. The colours are pretty but one dimensional. I thought some of them would be more interesting, but no. I liked the soft brown - yellow better, the other is too orange-ish.
I din't like the duo pencils last year, I doubt I'll like this year either. I didn't try them.
The liquid luminizer is lovely. Since it's liquid I'll probably pass, but I recommend others checking it. The bronzers seemed straightforward, so meh, but wonderful print though. I am tempted by that which is stupid.
Nice lipsticks and lip tatoos. Not sure if I'll pick one but i recommend trying them as well. Lovely colours.
Brown nail colour has a shimmer that looked... something out of a lesser brand. Maybe on the nail it will be different. White nail colour is lovely though, Ill return for it (they only had testers at the store). Coral nail colour was very straightfoward
I had not thought that for the khol. Good idea, Ill try. Is that colour limited edition? Are the chubby sticks continuing? Does anyone know? Most are meh, but the grey one is lovely

The kohls (the white and the beige) should be permanent, but the SA's are so often misinformed that I wouldn't count on it. I don't know about the chubby sticks.
I couldn't agree more about the summer quints! Somehow I think it had been a bit better if they had switched the center colors and put the pink in the softer, colder brown palette and the yellow in the more orange one. I still think it's far too much with eight browns out of ten colors, but they would have been easier to wear. I guess warm toned girls will be more attracted to yellow and cooler tones to pink.

Yes, they are misinformed. Sometimes I know more than them. I've lost count on how many times I've been told I know more than them.
I am interested in the pencil so Ill get it. My only doubt is whether Ill get one or two. The white one I already have one from MUFE which I dont use. The beige one is a great idea. Ive used a silver and a champagne pencil by MUFE but they are not flesh colored and they are sparkly so its very noticeable. However, the Dior one must be more subdued in finish, and its flesh colored.
About the quints, they have been mixing cold and warm lately. So its not odd that they have come with these colour combos. What is odd is how boring these combos are for limited editions. Maybe its just this one season, its been very colourful in the last ones.

I think that the Care and Dare collection has launched online in the USA, but does anyone know if it is coming to Canada or launching at Sephora? I have two of the lip tatoos which are fabulous, but I'm interested in some of the other items.

All the US is getting is 4 lip tattoos and the 4 highlighters and one liquid highlighter. We aren't getting the 2 eyeshadow from summer nor the 6 lipsticks. I'm thinking of ordering them online. But I'm upset as to why only send parts and not the entire collection. Other companies don't do this. And I have thought about calling and complaining because I really wanted to try those other items. But according to my Dior SA we are getting fall and Christmas collections.
