Hi everyone,
I had my EL talent plus interview last night, I was applying for the BA position..the interview was asking me questions on being a counter manager...I corrected her and asked her if I had the right test..well I didn't..I didn't pass it.
I spoke with the manager from EL last night telling her my concerns...i had zero customer servce questions, just management ones.
So they contacted me this morning and I have a second Talent Plus interview tonight and I'm freaking out..I know customer service..but after last night I'm a little nervous..any tips on the questions?
