So he wants to ban other people's belief systems because they don't believe in his belief system.
That sounds fair! (eh, no..)

Folks need to learn how to agree to disagree. No matter how right you think you are, someone thinks you are wrong. This goes for all view points. I think it's a basic human right to have an opinion and to be able to express it. For everyone.

WTF?! People with agendas do those things, not religion itself. There's no way to "ban" organized religion because religion is ingrained in society. I just wish that people would take it upon themselves to open their minds and shut their mouths.

I'm going to ignore Elton's call for religion to be banned simply because he is doing the same thing that he has accused others of... That and the fact that he said if John Lenon were alive, he'd be leading the peace movement with a vengence. So what's keeping him from doing it? Why isn't he taking on that responsibility?

It seems like we prefer to point at other ppl for their contributions to the problem rather than focusing our energies on helping the solution...
