EMS question for MAC employees

did you fill out the form for ems? if so it takes at least month or so it depends when it gets submitted by mangers

How much is EMS for f/t employee and also do counters get this as well? Example: Nordstrom Mac counter???

I haven't yet. When do they usually send out those forms? I'm getting mixed answers whether I'm even getting EMS and discount though. I get gratis but I'm only permanent until April 2014. Apparently, for "contractual" employees, EMS and discount doesn't apply?
