Hello beautiful people! I have been away from the forums for a bit due to one thing and another, but am going back into counter work now - and have just been offered the Estee Lauder Account Manager job at my local Debenhams! So happy, cannot wait to start and begin enjoying makeup again.
I just wanted to ask what training is like for EL? I worked for BeneFit and Clarins before, and whereas Benefit was pretty non existent in the way of training, Clarins was quite hardcore for us - had a quiz every day and had an initial basic skincare week, then another week on colour and sales.
How does EL work? Will I be sent up for a Basic course, and will that be fairly quickly? Is there a seperate Managers training course at all? How does update work, further training etc...
I know its a lotta lotta questions, but any and all knowledge on it would be much appreciated! I did a quick search but couldn't find anything on this topic. Apologies if I missed it!
