eye kohls vs powerpoints?

my mystery power khol liner smudges if i wear it on my top lid, so i know it won't be ideal for the waterline....

If you like your Kohl with a bit of shimmer, try Guerlain's Terracotta Loose Powder Kohl, it's pricey but it has an awesome staying power and the colors all gorgeous!

I can't even get technakohl pencils to show on my waterline! I've kind of given up on ever being able to line my waterline, Khol pencils just barely show for a short period of time. Maybe I should give feline a try!

it's a preference thing, at least from what i think. i like the kohls just as much as i like fluidline or kohl power, at least for waterline application.. i usually use blacktrack just bc i use it for my regular liner and it's one less product to look for. smolder does great, so does feline.. i actually really like to use phone number all around my eyes and on my waterline for a smudgy but still less intense eye...

I wouldn't recommend putting Fluidline on the waterline.
