Eye shadow brushes: 217 or 224 for blending?

I did a review recently on the 222 vrs. 217 vrs. 224 brush on my Youtube channel, you can check it out if you want some more details, it might help you decide. I like both of them but they each work a bit differently.

I love the 224 too but is very soft so it can't grab that much colour. My eyelids are medium i'd say so it works well for blending for me. The 217 however is on my list

the 217 works very very well for me till I haven gotten 2 of them. lol. But would the 224 do better?

i agree with most of the posters about the 217 being the more versatile brush b/c it's more dense....but for solely blending purposes, i like the 224.

BUT i definitely reach for the 217 more than the 224. i use this brush every day and actually, i use this one brush to do my whole eye. =P

I have both but prefer the 217, it's my love! Haven't used the 224 in forever! It can be used in so many different ways. I love using it for applying concealer as well, it leave such a flawless application.

I love my 217, I actually have two of those babies

I don't have 224 so I can't compare them, but I can tell you how much I love my 217s. It's firm enough to apply colour to the crease and outer corner and to browbone but also sof enough to blend colour. I don't have very big lids so 217 is just the perfect size for me.
