So I just checked the Australian MAC Website (FAFI Collection), Strawbaby is indeed Limited Edition!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!! All the FAFI lipsticks are Limited Edition. I'm not a big fan of lipglasses but they're all Limited Edition as well.

The US MAC Website however still shows no limited edition triangle beside Strawbaby and Fun n Sexy.

Weird.

But they're sold out. I thought the triangle goes away anyway when LE products sell out. I don't think that means it's permanent. If there were still quantity boxes next to those items and they were in stock and without the triangle, then I would believe they were becoming permanent.

Maybe the Australian MAC website is different to the US MAC website? Strawbaby and Fun 'N' Sexy is sold out in the Australian MAC website and it shows both the limited edition triangle as well as "Sold Out" beside the shades. I still don't see the limited edition triangle or "Sold Out" in the US MAC website. In fact, I can't find the prices in the US website.. Hmm...

So I managed to get to Live Chat @ 2.25am Australian time. I'm trying to keep my eyes open while typing this so here goes the important part of the Live Chat:

Jo: The Australian MAC website shows that they're limited editions though.

that's what happens when a LE item sells out. the triangle dissapears and it says sold out. if an item is permanent and sells out, there is a little black circle next to it. the circle means temporarily out of stock.

Thanks for clearing that up. I wish it was permanent in a way. What will I do when I use up the last tube? I guess I could send it to one of those custom color places to have it re-created, but who knows if they actually get the color right and could they even include those fine pieces of glitter in it?

Well, there's always the hope they'll bring it back in another of their LE collections.

Fashion Frenzy changed colour on me =(
It was a nice bright pink in the morning, but by 2pm, it was a muted pink.
I applied with a clean 188. MA said I need to use a 109 for it.

Did Fashion Frenzy change colour on anyone?

it does that on all of us at my counter. it doesn't really change color. it just kinda fades thruout the day.

my hipness blush didnt look too great on me today either. I use my adesign angled blush brush and maybe i just didnt put enough on? It hardly looked like nething

I really like the pink flush. Hipness didn't fade on me though.
The MA didn't say anything about fading. She said I was applying it wrong. I used 188.

using the 188 makes it sheerer anyways. try using the 129, or just apply some more when you notice it starting to fade.

That's what I do, using the 129 for all my blushes.

I use the 188 just for applying my MSFs as a blush.

this collection was such a disappointment to me.. everything was just too glittery! i only got Hipness blush and Strawbaby l/s

we didnt even get the fafinette dolls or the shirts =/

I just have to say, Nice Vice paint pot is... the bomb! It's so freakin gorgeous. It's my most favorite product from the Fafi collection. I've been wearing Sassed Up ipp for the past few days and I love it too. I wasn't sure about the glitter but it's very pretty and makes me feel like a fairy princess Loved this collection, thank you MAC xx

I totally agree with you Spectrolite about Nice Vice. When the collection originally released and I had checked it out a couple times in store, I didn't think I wanted a purple paintpot, thought it was too dark (and for me, I can't do a dark like Artifact well). So I passed, it had sold out quickly. Then I checked out YouTube for some fafi look videos with nice vice and it was AWESOME. I bought one off Ebay and paid nearly $30 with shipping whereas a paintpot in store costs $20+taxes so I paid about $8 more than retail here but I LOVE IT!

I like to put it all over my lid, darked out the outer v with a darker purple, lighten up the inner corner a bit. I like this paint pot lightened up as well. <3 the colour soooo much!! I wish they had one like this in the perm line
