Well, those are clearly not MAC and they don't seem to be claiming they are. The seller states they are MAC quality!

Thanks for clarifying about the font because I started looking at my brushes to compare but the font was similar to the counterfeit...However, I agree that there were other markers that prove it to be counterfeit besides that...Thanks for the great explanation of how to differentiate...Really helpful!!
