I ordered from mlrosati. It turned out to be counterfeit although she claims to purchase directly from MAC. I had my local MAC MAs take a look at it for me to verify it after depotting.

She did issue me a refund for the full amount including shipping fees.

I am new to this site and to mac make-up in general. I have enough eyeshadows and want to branch out into pigments. I want to start with samples and have been reading these posts. I have found a lot of names of sellers on e-bay, but I don't know how to find them on ebay. Just a few to mention- adajacobs, my-boo-kitty, strawberrybeauty. How do you find their sites?

Unfortunately you won't find many sample sellers on ebay - they're not allowed to now.
To find a seller - if you go into advanced search, type in their ID you should be able to find them

..I'm a sample seller, I sell here & on a auction site, I use to sell on Ebay a few years back when it was allowed. There are some good sample sellers here on specktra...one piece of advice no matter where you buy ask them where they buy their stock. Since your new here I'm not sure if you have enough post to go into the clearence bin yet but some of us sell elsewhere also if you cant yet. This is a great place and full of good information

I'll add strong positive votes for janicea2001, jeweltontiger, amistosa, pinkdaisygirls, and falcngal. I ahve gotten genuine pigments form them--check out 100% in terms of packagaing and shade comparison to my existing product. All of them have also been very responsive and nice.

I bought a pigment from him, and it arrived quite fast (but that depends on the postal services) and it was authentic.
There was some a debate whether or not his items were authentic or not (in another thread) but, my pigment is fine! So I'd recommend him

Lisa631 is wonderful--I just replaced my fake revved Up & Apricot Pink. they arrived today and are 100% Authentic. YAY! She was SUPER HELPFUL, sent me picture sof the bottoms of the jars, answered questions graciously--I must have emailed her 10 times. She is a real good seller and gets her items from CCos or dept stores--NO mysterious "wholesalers"

I havent heard much about the good sample sellers latley and want to thank them also for making sure their products are authentic and being such great sellers!! 1165Cheryl also known as Cheryls Shiny Eyes is my #1, I dont know what I'd do without her, I'd be pigless, lol. Theres another great gal, I havent bought from her but Cheryl recommends her for full size MAC items. She really trusts this seller and thats Bellyglamour on Ebay for U.S. buyers.
