I don't think you necessarily need Parrot for this, I used quite little of it only in the middle of my lid and I'm sure there is a dupe for it somewhere.

I'm a bit into that cyber style too, I very often have turquoise and blonde or neon yeallow dreads on

Yup, I know the site and love their stuff, it's just a bit expensive and you usually have to deal with custom charges too if you order it to here..
