So I was thinking of having a murder mystery party soon and so I decided what better time then right before a shower to try out what my costume would be like. I'm wearing a tube top. I had an allergic reaction to it even though I only wore it for 15 minutes. I made a thread about it click here to see it.

Hi knoxydoll,

That Make-Up isn't really for everyday

but it looks nice. That eye make-up makes your eyes pop!

Thanks, I wouldn't go outside like that (unless it's Halloween in which case I went out with something very similar) it's a trial for a party I'm thinking of having.

Wow, the m/u is fantastic and very creative! But I'm very sorry for your allergic contact dermatitis (the swollen eyes and the redness are symptoms of it). The best thing is to avoid emu for a week. The thin skin of the eye area needs time to recover. If you've baby creme you can use it to support the healing effect. But please contact a dermatologist if your skin won't recover after a week, OK? Btw, here's a useful link: Safe Use of Cosmetics
Get well soon!

It's very dramatic, cabaret, '20's Berlin style. I dig it.

However, if you already have one natural beauty mark by your lip, why draw another one?

Its slowly getting better, the weird thing is it didn't itch well it was on or anything like that. Just after I took it off.

It didn't turn out exactly the way I wanted it too. I think I may use a red gloss over the glitter next time to make it look really awesome.

Thank you. But I know how to take care of allergic reactions, I more just wanted some help finding out what the allergy was too. The strange thing is that I have used it all before. It could have been a weird combination of allergies that made it flare up. I'm actually thinking it may have been the natural hair brushes that caused the first bit of irritation since I didn't have a layer of protection underneath (I usually use UDPP underneath everything but since I was just going to wash it off I didn't see the point). It's clearing up, however, winter weather doesn't really help for combating dryness.
