Foundation for Oily Skin???

To prep my face before applying foundation I use Oil Control Lotion and MATTE by MAC. Then, I use Studio Tech Foundation and Prep + Prime Transparent Finishing Powder to set. This combination is great for me because my foundation stays on and I don't get oily through out the day! Hope this helps!

I have oily skin and these are my HGs after trying many many high and low end brands:

Powder Foundation: The Body Shop All In One Face Base (after reading rave reviews on it on makeupalley.com, I'm so glad I bought this)

Moisturiser: Avene Cleanance Anti-Shine Regulating Lotion

With these, I only have to blot once or twice a day, if that

i use mineral makeup and it seems to work well with me, but for others not so much. it just depends on the condition of your skin (scarring, wrinkles, etc. will be emphasized). I then set all of my makeup with Kryolan anti-shine powder and the oilies seem to disappear until about 5, when I apply my foundation at six in the morning.

I AM NC35 in mac studio fix fluid, i am in the uk, dnt have a MUFE counter here, and going to ask somebody to send me the foundation.

can somebody plz advise me what shade i will be in the MUFE mat/velvet foundation..if i am nc35 in mac SFF?

My face is very very oily and I just bought the Revlon colorstay for oily skin and let me tell you that is amazing,I've use it all day(from 8 am to 8 pm) and no oily skin at the end of the day and I didn't have to put any blotting powder,so yes finally I found something that works for my super oily face,but every face is different,right now CVSPharmacy has a sale on Revlon,buy one get one free.hth.
