I am pro make up artist, working mostly for video and photo in adult industry. For now I use Mac Studio Stick foundation, but I dont like the shades. I noticed also Full Coverage foundation http://www.maccosmetics.com/template..._ID=PROD1 541
and now I wonder is it good enough for photo and video beauty make-up. Please, I need practical advice, also what shades to choose. Most of the girls are East-European.

This probably would get better responses in the Industry Discussion or Rec's section, but...
I only use Full Coverage on shoots...Melt it down & put it in palette form so it's easier to carry. Buy every other or every third shade & mix the colors you need.

Full Coverage is absolutely excellent for beauty photography. It doesn't change colour under different lighting conditions and it can be thinned down with Face & Body Mixing Medium to give a more sheer coverage. You can also mix shades of Full Coverage to get intermediate colours.

I absolutely 100% recommend Full Coverage Foundation, especially if you will be out in the sun, as it has a wonderful SPF protection. I have extremely fair skin and when I wear this foundation, I NEVER get burned. I also use Studio Fix Powder foundation for finishing and it gives a flawless look. What is also great about the Full Coverage is you can wet it to give a little bit of a lighter coverage.
