Nail Polish Discussion - Any Brand

Been chatting to Dawn about this, I think she's having real issues with the switch to Fedex, they won't send itemised invoices seems to be the problem with multiple shipments going the same day she can't split costs properly. It definitely sounds like it's not down to Fiona. I'm hoping this is not going to be an issue going forward, could do without that kind of fallout. I'm also hoping everyone is just getting a bit overstressed with the situation, it's fair you want your polishes and were asking reasonable questions. No-one's winning this way, Dawn's out of pocket for the shipping, we don't have what we paid for, Fiona's swimming in packages... would be so much easier if she'd just ship to my Stackry box going forward! (I guess then I'd be the one out of pocket waiting for everyone to pay up though!)

I still don't understand this. Even if she sent multiple shipments, does she not know how many polishes each contained? Just divide the total by the number of polishes and be done with it. But what do I know?

Fiona is sending me the polish and apparently Dawn said I didn't have to pay US shipping. Dramatic much?

I also don't understand why they're shipping with FedEx? Didn't they say they can't ship directly to the UK? Well, I really hope this won't continue to be an issue or I'm not ordering again. I have enough polishes for several lifetimes, I can live without the HHC ones. I can always get the FF ones directly anyway.
