Hi Ladies!

I hope you're all doing great and enjoying any new Chanel goodies.

The hubby made it through his colonoscopy yesterday (and the icky prep the day before) but we still have no answers. They found "something" but they don't know what it is yet. They did several biopsies and we'll hear back about that in 10-14 days. We got some positive feedback from the specialist, so that was helpful.

We've decided to keep our Vegas reservations for the 14th - 20th and we're really looking forward to that! We'll be celebrating our anniversary and have special things planned for almost every day of the trip. We won't know anything for a while anyway so we figured we might as well go enjoy ourselves. The trip will be a great stress release, which we both need!

Huge thanks again to all of you for the support...it's been so uplifting and helpful.

Wow 10-14 days! That's tough.

Hopefully you can put your minds at ease knowing that at least they found something and it can be dealt with from here and enjoy your trip. I'm really wishing for the best outcome for you.

10-14 days is a while to wait, but your trip to Vegas is most definitely what you both need. Enjoy your vacation, and I will keep you both in my prayers.

I'm still trying to decide if I should get the Mystic Eyes quad . . . and then I want Dunes also. Anyhoo . . . I was playing around with my Enigma quad again today and I have a feeling I'll be using it a lot for fall:

I used the Enigma quad on the eyes, Inimitable Intense mascara, UD 24/7 liner in black, MAC Warm Soul mineralized blush (no Chanel blushes yet, what is wrong with me??), and Waterlilly glossimer on the lips with MAC Subculture liner to fill in
I really want to try the Chanel lipliner in Beige -- just can't decide if I want to spend that much on a liner

And blushes, I need to get a few Chanel blushes in my stash

P.S. I don't know why the top pic is so blurred -- it actually looked more dramatic in person.

That looks AMAZING!! You make me want to give Enigma another try. Would I be crazy to get another one after swapping it away? LOL

I've found that if I use Painterly paint pot underneath, I get great results. Now to decide what other quads I "need" . . .

You would think with all of our technology they would have an answer before 14 days.

Mystic Eyes is gorgeous. It is my favourite quad and I wore it lot when I just got it, though I'm a little weary of it now. Besides, I have too many other quads to use.

MissQQ -- Funny you mention Rose Petale -- I have been wanting it forever! I am really mad at myself for not buying Pink Explosion. I just have so many blushes -- time for me to get rid of some to make room for the new! Same thing with eyeshadows. I think I will end up getting Mystic Eyes -- I have a thing for palettes
