I am about to throw myself out of the window. I don't know if this is the appropriate thread for this, but I figured I should give it a try.
I just got off the phone with the Chanel Amsterdam Boutique and they decided to no longer sell Limited Edition make up collections in their store, like the Versailles/Cruise or the Hong Kong one that's currently out. They did not give me a reason as to why this is, but I'm pissed because that was my only store to find the limited items. Now I've seen people talking about ordering from the Paris store, would anyone mind sharing their experiences? Like shipping and stuff? I'd rather pay a bit more for shipping than the ridiculous prizes that are asked on Ebay.

I once emailed Paris boutiques (two of them, actually), but the answer was negative - they do not ship cosmetics. Maybe that's because I am from Canada and they do not ship to Canada. Luckily, out Toronto store has all the collections of which I was not aware at that moment. If you need me to look for a limited item for you, let me know-)

@ cheburaha Ahh yeah I read that on the purseblog forum as well, figured that the shipping rules for bags and shoes are the same as cosmetics. I tried calling the London Bond Street boutique, because they are apparently the only ones that ship to Europe nowadays, but they weren't open since it's a sunday.

I was just so furious this morning after I got off the phone with the Amsterdam Boutique. They always make my shopping experience so unpleasant. They'll give me attitude when it comes to the cosmetics, but as soon as I'm interested in a pair of earrings they'll jump to the opportunity to help me.

i received several LE items from HK today and sadly i only could find a use for the lipstick interlude #78, such a lovely sheer light peachy coral lipstick. Though i like the palettes (pearl river from HK hollection and Camellias from SS 2013) i don't use such light and sparkly shades. Should have checked them out before buying....again money was spent unwisely...

Really agree, nail varnishes are very good. For me they gave the nicest finish and hold a long time

Just gotta say that I bought the Chanel Le Volume Mascara and I applied it for the first time today and I think it is worth the purchase.

So who else is sick about Peter Phillips leaving Chanel? I'm really sad, because the man is a genius. Do we have any word about who might take over? I know it's a huge long shot, but I would love to see Lisa Eldridge take the role on.

I still haven't seen the YSL! The spring collection taking so long to launch here. I haven't bought Delice yet, it is incredibly smooth, I'm not sure if it's the baked or US formula.
