I own 18,19, 20 and 21 and love them all. I first passed on 20, too brown. Then I tried in the store and I love it. Again, you can decide subtle or bold. My fav nude from the Fall 2014 collections is YSL, not sure of the #, sorry. It was released with the eye palette Leather Fetish. It is the pinky mauve. Very natural on my lips. I find MAC tacky, great colors, just hate the glue feeling of some of the glosses.

I've observed how amazing you look in burgundy lips Rouge Allure Velvet Luminous Matte, L’adoree (Burgundy) 45, or
Rouge Allure Luminous Intense,Êlégante (Deep Burgundy)149 and my new love Rouge Allure Luminous Intense, Foudroyante (Pearlescent Choc) 148.
Rouge Allure Velvet Luminous Matte, La Diva (Electric Pink) 44 is what I call Chanel's version of Candy Yum Yum.
Then there's Rouge Allure Velvet Luminous Matte, La Flamboyante 337 a gorgeous orange-red a recent re-promote that I just purchased.
I hope this is just food for thought and that you'll research for swatches. Let me know what you decide Mandy.

I think 45 is a rouge coco shine----which are much more sheer than the mattes and intense lipsticks.

Oh cool. Elegante is nice too. I think I've worn it twice---it's very pigmented and comfortable on the lips,
and has good wear time---> 6 hrs.

I will definitely look into these! I have eyed Pirate for a very long time so it has been on my list. There are just so many that it's hard to know where to start! Thanks for the suggestions, Meddy.

My pleasure Mandy. When I find a brand/lipstick formula that I love I try to get every color that I generally like because it is so hard to know where to start.
At one time I would decide based on what I needed, but that was fulfilled many times over. It's hard to turn down lipstick!!
