their live chat is useless
i did it one day to ask about the upcoming release of certain fragrance. they literally had no info on it. zero. or they were not allow to say. that same day couple of hours later it launched on their website... lol.

I've had that happen several times too, and it made me think that asking reminded them to get their butts in gear and put the thing up, like they had forgotten! :D

I know. I would not want to work there because it seems from the outside like corporate just leaves the poor CS folks hanging out to dry with no info.

Sorry if this info was previously posted. I was told that Chanel is discontinuing all current glossimers, reformulating and repackaging. Don't know how the formula is changing. Don't know if current shades will be released in the new formula. To be safe I bought backups of a couple of my favorites.

I know some of the more recent ones like Rose de Lune and Rose Tendre were a different, paraben-free formula. It'll be interesting to see if they're just going to do more in that new formula, or if they have a still newer one....or if they are just discontinuing the glossimers altogether in favor of the Rouge Coco glosses that are supposed to be coming out. I'm keeping my fingers crossed they aren't discontinuing the glossimers altogether but I think I did read that somewhere.

I have been so busy lately I haven't even tried them yet but I'm sure the HL will be gorgeous. I hope it launches there too! If I can help, PM me :)

The lip crayons are already available on the German site. There is a nude shade that I want, but I'm not paying 36€ plus 10€ for shipping so I'm waiting until other retailers have them.

i got pack of playing cards from chanel and mini chanel boy fragrance

this is the first time ever i got something from them. no snowglobe sadly
