This quad reminds somewhat of one of the 2012 holiday quads. There’s nothing unique about it but it’s an easy grab & go. I take several quads on longer trips but this one is always included & of course my Horizon blush, also 2012.

Nordstrom put the holiday items up yesterday. They listed the lipsticks at $50 instead of what they are on Chanel at $45. I called Nordstrom beauty and she said, oh we can price match them...huh? I said, you have the wrong price on your site and she basically said they can charge whatever they want...and she was rude. What!? Good heavens lady.

Wow that is shocking to hear Nordstrom CS was so rude. I would have been tempted to say Okey dokey, well I can purchase wherever I want.

I kinda did lol! I've never seen them do this with the pricing. Have you? Yeah, their beauty specialists are always nice. Maybe having a bad day. I really like the new rose pink lipstick 807 and 837 the red one.

I got on Live Chat after seeing your comment and asked about it too. My CS person also offered to price match if I was buying. I said I wasn’t buying today but thought they needed to correct the price on their site and she claimed she was going to contact someone about it as soon as she finished our chat. So....at least she said the right things. Remains to be seen if they ever get changed.

That's what I thought the CS lady would have said too. It seems to take them a long time to correct things on their site. I keep checking. I've not done live chat. Are you getting anything?
