New lipsticks were up on Nordies, most have sold out. They have this beautiful Camellia on the top of the case. I bought 6 of them
Blanc, Rose, 2 Rouge, Fuchsia, Carmin

They're new shades, and reportedly a "new texture", but either this post or Nordies has the finishes assigned incorrectly for some. For instance the two I got Camelia Rose and Camelia Rouge are reversed as far as RA vs RAV, and I'm hoping Nordstrom has it right.

I have no idea. It does say LE. Thanks dear! I am enjoying all the special wrapping, but the toy decals...not so much LOL There are a ton of tiny decals that are really hard to apply.

I think they'll restock and eventually be everywhere but not until sometime in January.

i'm probably quite late to the party but i just bought a few things today from the holiday collection - the gold and the red/brown shadows and the 109 lipstick.
the quad was tempting but i went for the two singles instead. did anyone else get holiday items?

Just got this package from my Nordstrom Chanel dept.




It's 3 of the new lipsticks which I adore. 3 origami Chanel bags & 3 Chanel cards.

I got the Fuchsia lipstick today and while it is pretty it is not a pink Fuchsia shade at all. The swatch is not accurate. It's more of a darker pinky red on my lips. I wanted more of a true pinky Fuchsia.

My favorites are the Blanc, which is really an amazing soft focus smoothing pink base balm primer on the lips. Perfect base for any lipstick but I also love it on all by itself.
Rose is such a beautiful muted pink rose shade. I adore it on.
Rouge is my signature elegant happy red.
Carmin is such a Gorgeous statement true red.

The texture and smoothness is really lovely.

Strange about the fuchsia lipstick. I'm keeping my eye out for the collection to pop up elsewhere. I wore Rose today around town doing some errands and I felt like it was more creamy than the usual RA. And for them to have removed the BHT is a nice Christmas present to me! Hopefully that's not just for this collection.

They are a bit smoother creamier. I'm sure the Rose looks quite lovely on you.

Darn! She must have overlooked it. I'd call.




P.S. I might like Rouge as much as Rose. It's really hard for me to find a red that's not too much for me. Rouge is brightening without being jarring.
