There's actually a couple tricks to get that blended look- put a coat of gesso all over the lid after you prime- it gives a smooth canvas to work on. I used only 3 brushes for this: 239, 213, and 222 (which is odd for me as I ALWAYS use the 217)

Yep- I curl before using the Shu Eumeru curler. Then I coat both the top and bottom parts of the lashes
