LOL! Oh the hubby is just a prize! He's a big gamer with World of Warcraft as his obsession. He geeks out and talks to a bunch of people in guild chat. He called me at work today to inform me that he'd been in chat for about 20 minutes and thought everybody was being rude and ignoring him until he realized that he was in guild chat all by himself. He'd been carrying on a conversation with himself only. It's moments like these that really drive home why I love him so much!

Lol oh world of warcraft.. I love that game dearly except I can't afford paying 20 bucks a month (canadian funds!!) when I get to play maybe 2 times a week!!! Haha My boyfriend is a WoW addict as well, but it's cool since I also enjoy it lol.

My bf loves WoW too. He's always telling me about the stupid people in his guild. I think he told me about a similar situation. He had been chatting with his guild and no one was answering. He started to get annoyed, then he realized his mic was on mute.

AAAAAAACK WoW !! My husband used to be ADDICTED to that damn game. It disturbed our time together, his, work, sleep, sex, everything ! I almost divorced him over it. We have worked out a compromise. He still gets to play but when im at work. I work on rotating shifts so he gets to play when Im working nights and mids.

But i still hate WoW.

We haven't had that issue. He has his obsessions and I have mine. I guess we both just have a measure of self control?

Ohhhh GODDDD!!! BF plays that shit all the time. I don't really mind, I get to watch my ridiculous reality tv while he's busy on the computer so we can't really bitch to each other about our nerdy addictions. The only problem is when he starts talking about the game to me. I definitely zone out. I don't know how I do it, but I swear I can make myself go completely deaf when anything involving WoW comes up. It's pretty amazing, actually.

He's into his xbox 360 racing games, hockey, and some shoot-em-up stuff, but so am I.. so we play those together sometimes and he's not obsessive with them. I would have to kick his ass if he ignored me for a damn computer game.

Haha, that's a cute story. My bf and I play WoW off and on... mostly off. I think it's addictive because you get to know people and it becomes a social networking thing almost.

Sometimes the chat system gets out of hand if you're busy doing other stuff and I definitely told my "guild master" that I wanted him when I meant to message my bf... sigh.

My hubby (back when he was my bf) played that game all the time, everyday. Sometimes 14 hrs per day. It was bad.......

He stopped completely almost 2 yrs ago and hasn't played since. I'm so thankful....it nearly ruined our relationship! It was so hard for me to deal with.

my ex bf used to play WOW hours on end. i got so annoyed of him. i think it is part of the reason why we broke up. he was ignoring me and making me do his chores. he also got really faaat.

I'm a long time wow nerd. My husband is constantly threatening to divorce me over wow and I must admitted that I times I would like to kidney shot him with a little mind numbing poison during one of wow fights. Too bad I'm not a Rogue in real life.

I'm sure at times he's saying thank God for that ass when it comes to me. Wow has the tendency to make you loose a few marbles.
