WoW ruins lives, there is a big difference between normal and an addict. For those who have never played MMORPG's they are pretty amazing. Just think if specktra became a video game where everyone is a virtual player, and we do tons of fun stuff online together in a great community. People get sucked in by it, by the great community online and the "friends" you make, espeically if you are trying to fill a void in your life. It hard for many to understand, but its a way of running away from the real world and entering a game where you can control of your life/character and you can act anyway you want without fear of being teased or looked down upon.
There are tons of people who commit suicide because of games like these especially WoW, people even divorce... If you type in World of Warcraft suicides, you'll get oodles of local tv news links saying teen boy commits suicide for debt in game.. etc
