I just started at Macy's yesterday and I'm new to cosmetic retail. I wanted to know how to get people to stop for a consultation or to learn about the line (I'm with philosophy). I tried to give people a flyer we have for a free consultation, which I said was a "certificate for a free facial or peel." I just wanted to make sure people knew we were in the mall now and it's one of Oprah's faves, but no sales. It could have been because it was a Monday?
Anyway, I know there are some experts on here who can help a newbie out! This forum was so helpful during my interview process, but now that I got the gig I need some tactics
