Yay, can't wait! I got everything except for the palette & the polish. I don't love mixed media palettes, but somehow I think I'm going to end up with this one anyway.

I don't mind all powder products. Mixed media for me is cream and powder.

No not yet!! FedEx tracking shows tomm!! I think you need to go back for that too ! the eye shadows and blushes are in two different tiers so.....

I Usually don't love the smaller product sizes in the mixed compacts.Yes, cream & powders I almost always avoid. I guess I should call this one mixed product as opposed to Mixed Media. But, I'm most likely going to end up with this one.

I wish the shadows in the palette included a more midtone color. It's looks like 3 super light and 2 super dark (that look similar in swatches) colors, so I will pass. Last year's palette was the one for me. I hope you ladies all adore it though!

I dont read the comment on each individual product when I go see her review, I only pay attention to the general review at the beginning of the review and the rating (A,B,C,D)
I know she usually say that Guerlain blush are hard, powdery, dusty and dont swatch well, also for this palette I think the blush lost some point because they are small and she had a hard time to dip her brush in it. I do have the previous Holiday palette from last year and I do not have a hard time using the blushes, I used the Real technique countour brush from their face kit I a really like it. Also I have a heavy hand as far as blush is concerned so I have no problem using Guerlain blush, it create the most perfect flush effect and not the clown effect.

So, I just got off the phone with Sephora CS

it did NOT go well at all. The cs rep had a hair flippin bad attitude! She said that I shouldn't read complaints about the flash shipping on the internet because all you people that have had complaints were wrong & when you have called to complain, you found out that you had hazardous materials in your order that delayed the shipping & then you apologized to them because you were wrong

She admitted that the warehouse chose the wrong shipping for my $$$ powder but its still only ONE day late

I said that is not flash shipping & she just repeated her line. I will send an over-view email to Sephora myself after that conversation

& told her I would be doing so because of her attitude.
