Yeah, I've noticed that. The 800 UPS CS gal I got last night...I seriously could not understand ANYTHING she was saying & it was all the more irritating. I asked her if she had laryngitis.

Yay to the replacement one and BU from NOrdstrom!! I tried the powder today and i love love it! It doesnt get chalky at all no matter how heavy handed i went it and nor did it make my foundation look flat matte!! How i would have loved to buy few refills for it!! I would have surely gone for it if that was an option and I NEVER back up anything!!

Vee I tried it yesterday, once I got my nose out of the palette---I just can't resist that fragrance. I put a light dusting over my setting powder and my skin looked flawless.
I was expecting it to look really mattified, and I was all ready with my Tatcha spray but I didn't have to use it.

​Both are so amazing. I wish they had put the LL in the same packaging (embellished to match the Winter Fairy theme) as the L'Extraits----Guerlain's LLs in the permanent line.

My sibs and I did that with our Christmas gifts when we were young!!

Yea, great point!!! It would have nice to have it special Fairy packaging.

No, I was saying I wasn't sure about it b/c I didn't get it. I'm stuck on Viseart and MUFE eyeshadow right now.


I think it is ok. That sucker was screwed on so tight, I almost couldn't get it open.

Oh I know. I was just counting them for fun/research purposes.

I can't wear Chanel foundation or their powders because the fragrance is so irritating. I don't wear my balls everyday but the last time I wore them, I didn't have any issues. I'm going to attempt to put these on today.
*crying* I <3 you! LOL

Good to stick with what you know and love----especially at these price points. I really struggled to open my first set but the BUs were much easier to open.
We do a lot of research around here don't we!!!

​While I love the L' Extract packaging, when I got my first one (and this will come as no surprise to you) it took me 2 days to get it open

I didn't feel so bad when
Naomi also had trouble getting hers open too!

We were notorious for finding and playing with our toys!!!

I'm so OCD about my stark white balls and other powders like this one because I want it to stay stark white, so I only swipe the brush ONE time, and I use a black bristled
brush so I can see the product on it. Yesterday I used my Chanel angled powder brush and it worked beautifully!!

Wow, that's really great to hear about the powder! I thought it was a bit odd that they did not offer refills for such a nice powder.

I cannot wait to try it.

I thought the whole point of the showy compact for the pressed powder was that you could put in refills?!? Well it doesn't work if they don't supply you with a refill option of the original powder. Of course you could put in a different Guerlain powder, but that's not why you bought it in the first place.

I wore the LL yesterday and I totally agree with you------such an amazing shade of pink. I did find the formula a
tad drying as @Psych1 did, but nothing that a little lip balm underneath can't solve. In fact, before I reapplied it
I put on my usual Chanel Rouge Coco Baume Hydrant and it wore much more comfortably.

I have pretty dry lips in general so I'm going to give this a try, thanks!

I'm sad to hear some people have allergic reactions from the ballz.

That does make me a little hesitant to purchase them since my skin is crazy sensitive. I guess I will still order them if I get the chance and they're not sold out yet, they're just so pretty.

I told her almost after every sentence that I needed to know what she was saying but I absolutely could not understand her.

I was on the fence initially and later decided that I was going to bite the bullet and buy some balls. But then I started reading reviews from women on Specktra who say that the product was breaking them out.
