I was about to order the powder but I remembered I had a gift card so I put it in and it is only for $35 and I was supposed to get $75. I'm so annoyed especially since I was just at that store. Now I have to look for my receipt. Ugh! So should I press submit anyway. Is the powder really all that?
I would get it now!!! You can work out the GC issues later. The powder really is ALL THAT!!!!

:pompom: YESSSSSSSSSSSS!!!! That's exactly how it is  I cannot live without it. :thdrama: but true. Its THE best powder I have ever used. And, I wear it all day & it does not bother my skin in any way.
:agree: Let us refill that beauty!!! I bought two already and I really don't want to spend $$$ for another one!!

On that note did you see the new LE brush set from Wayne!! I have the original set and I love it so much that I am thinking I wouldn't mind having repeats

I picked up the Wayne Goss set. I heard about it one morning on the way to work. I wasn't sure about it because I had many other things on my list to get but I really liked the holiday brushes I bought. Plus I keep hearing so much about the set. But it was feeling like an expensive impulse purchase. I had wanted the Chikhodo (excuse spelling) floral set and dragged my heels about that because of price and huge want list and regretted it.

When I got home I went on Youtube and watched a review of the set. I then checked my email and there was a link to order 2 hours old. I clicked and they were offering a payment plan like the shopping networks! Who'd a thought? My reasons for hesitating didn't seem so strong. I ordered but was bummed because it was after the deadline for getting it Friday. But guess what? It came by Friday anyway. Beautylish is fantastic!

I missed the delivery and asked them to hold it. I couldn't wait until Monday. I was too tired to pick it up on Friday but went Saturday by bus. No car this week. I had to do a lot of walking but I got it. I then went to my Nars appointment with the brush set in my bag (after discarding the box). I got home so late last night I didn't even open it. I did notice that the tube packaging came in a Black Canvas Zip Pouch. Nice touch.

Love Beautylish!

EXACTLY same here! :pompom: Sometimes I open the compact just to sniff it too  I'm in love with the powder  Doesn't it just figure, of all the darn mu we buy, it HAS to be the most expensive item that we are in love with :sigh:
:agree: This powder goes on nice, and stays nice...it doesn't beak down or get weird on my skin. it is heavy to carry in your purse, though!! Especially with a Rouge G!!

Yay!! You got it!!! I hope you love them.... I hesitated because I spent so much lately and I wasn't expecting this, but I really wanted it too. Please let me know what you think...I may still get it in a little while if it's still available.

It is the heaviest compact ever! Yep, the powder just stays so nice & true no matter how long you wear it. So Guerlain has made the golden egg of powders but decides to to make it LE. That is just the dumbest decision ever in the beauty world. It should really be a permanent staple in their line FOREVER!

So I do my makeup like normal and just dust this powder on top? All over? Thanks. I saw a post somewhere on how to wear it but I just can't find it. I don't really know the difference between setting powders and finishing powders.

OH! I forgot to mention that when I was at the counter, I was chatting with the SA about the holiday Rouge G and Georgia.

OK, they're not identical. But so darned close that you don't need both. Like maybe 1/10 of a shade and the tiniest of undertone shifts.

I missed the shipment too. Did FedEX call you or did you just go pick them up? I was going to pick them up Friday after 5pm, but then I got a call from them specifically telling me they would call me when it was ready. Guess what, never got the call and my package still says Not Ready for Pickup on the site today. I'm thinking about just riding up there tomorrow after work and hope I get lucky. I asked them to hold because I didn't want to have to wait until Monday and the rep online said they'd be ready Friday. Frustrated. Thanks in advance.
