Well, Nordstrom Beauty is sending me out a new one & I get to keep this powdery one. Maybe they needed to ship it in bubble wrap.

Thanks hun! I saw those heart shaped ones & they are pretty, a bit more shimmery. They are always sold out in the colors I want.

I don't know much about the old vs new since this is my first purchase. Those tiny samples that I got from Sephora came without any powder in the bottom . I will be curious to see if the new one I get has more balls

to it.

I' d definitely send them back and ask for a replacement.

I think those might be the previous ones. I think the same shade was called #01 back then, if I'm not mistaken. I have the same ones.

Nordstrom is awesome. Everything I learned about Customer Service, I learned from them. I've NEVER had a bad experience with them.

at least they are sending another. hopefully you can combine the good balls from this one to the new stinky balls and have double the stink! woohoo

Ingenue. I've also found them to be very responsive. I had an issue with them today because they sent a boat-load of makeup items (including my Mètèorites)
that I'd ordered to my niece. I had sent her a gift from Nordies last year and it appeared they pulled her name & address and made it the shipping address.
The shipping notice E-mail had her first name on it which made no sense. I had previously alerted them about this because they were asking me to review items that I
purchased, again addressing her via my E-mail address. Because I had alerted them previously I was doubly annoyed when I saw my package was on its way to her
house. I called CS, they intercepted the package and I should get it tomorrow.

I like 02 beige, now it's 03 in the new ones. I use them the most. I also love Dragon ones, but they were LE two years ago (they are all the way on the bottom in the pic)

Thats like no protection at all in shipping.

Oh man, I hope yours are ok! They should send them in bubble wrap. I got this & my BU Mac PS pink blush today, & neither was actually IN that hard paper, they were under it just against the box

Thats like no protection at all in shipping.

I will definitely make note of how they're wrapped. It amazes me how they'll use a huge box to send 3 small samples, double wrapped and fail to protect
a costly item that they then end up replacing.
