Now that you mention it, I've had the same experience when I've tried to ask questions. Not a customer focused company. The darker packaging looks a lot better than the standard gold. However, the block stacks still look chunky, but I guess I'm used to the Rouge/Shine Automatique packaging. The color change of the packaging is still a 1 up in my book.

Hi Hun x I can't rember now But it bounced anyhow They didn't accept my cc from the uk even though it's a sodding cc ( credit card) They wrote back to me to say they don't accept uk billing address lol And was going to get my friend to order it in the USA But mac took over and thought I get mac instead Hun Sorry

I am actually thinking of ordering the perfume now and the celebration powder now from my cc in the uk lol But have seen so many horrid reviews about the perfume and powder I'm thinking oh my gosh shall I Just walk x lol I could always send it back But it's a pain in the butt x

Thanks! Another gorgeous promo picture with Natalia, she's my ultimate girl crush.
I love the look of the new quads. Probably won't buy them, I have FAR too many eyeshadows, but they look pretty.
Wonder how the formula will compare to the Rouge G formula, if it's as nice, Kiss Kiss lipsticks will be a good deal cheaper and I'll definitely be buying a few.

I'm liking this collection already along with the new quads. The quads look like they're limited edition though, but I like the look of the grey quad.
