I got it as soon as she posted the link (even though it said it was backordered), so I could use the free shipping. Mine is supposed to get here on Friday. I can't wait!

I'm a MAJOR Guerlain whore. I regularly use the foundations (Parure Gold remains my ever favorite) and lipsticks. I use Terra Inca as a blush. It's a perfect rose-bronze on me. I love it! I got a backup of the Terre Indigo shadow palette (because it broke my heart to destroy the pattern) and the Terra Inca blush (because I must never ever run out).

And I've discovered that the cream shadows KICK ASS as a base for MAC Pigments (especially the newer, janky quality of late). The shadows stay tacky just long enough to grab the pigment, and then they HOLD.ON until you take them off with makeup remover. Brilliant!

I couldn't resist, I got the Terra Inca bronzer today! I haven't tried it yet (I can tell it's shimmering, but it's fine with me, since the other bronzers I got this year are rather matte) but it's sitting with me on the desk and I can't stop looking at it!

Probably going to end up splurging on the giant mosaic bronzer now. Man, why do I even come to Specktra! Just adds more and more things to my to-buy list.

I bought Nahema for my older sister as a birthday present last week and she really likes it. The color is unbelievably flattering with the tan she has right now. It makes me want to buy another one for myself

but I'm pale as paper year-round.

I just ordered the mosaic bronzer now after seeing swatches of it compared to the inca bronzer.
I like how it seems less shimmery once the overspray leaves, it seems more of a true bronzer color too unlike the inca.

well I caved and bought #120 Coque de Or, as on me Nahema was a bit too light for the look I want.. but this one was a raspberry shade which fit the bill.. so I am now $ 35 lighter.. I am passing on the Inca and the mosaic as I have way too many bronzers and don't need anything and this one has a teeny tiny bit of orange with the slightest gold shimmer -- orange makes me look jaundiced but moreover.. I have too many shimmers too.

Just saw swatches of the mosaic bronzer on the NaturalNChicMakeup blog. Not too keen on it, since it seems rather dupable? I was hoping it was more like a more golden take on the Inca bronzer, but it seemed too much like the existing permanent bronzers in the Guerlain line -- which have nicer packaging and a cheaper price point. The pattern itself is absolutely gorgeous, but the packaging is very obviously plastic and the giant thing doesn't come with a mirror!

^^ Thanks for the link. Yeah no good that it doesn't come with a mirror. Maybe it's too gigantic to hold it up and look into the mirror. I love the terrocotta bronzer packaging and it has a mirror. Looks very sleek and chic!

HG - you bought Coque d'or! That is the one I have my eyes on! Do you love it? Is it similar in colour to any of the chanels, maybe Monte Carlo?

Here are swatches of the summer quad and RAs Rose Bengale and Chant D'Aromes.

Hm... Well, having seen the mosaic, I think that the Sublime Radiant Powder was the right choice for me. I'll stick with that.

I got my face did! No mosaic powder at the counter (probably a good thing), but I did end up picking up the adorable little summer palette, with its own mosaic pattern. This is actually my first Guerlain shadow experience... I really am a complete sucker for their packaging and the look of their products. It almost broke my heart to swatch the shadow palette. Still, it seems really nice. The colour payoff on three of the four shades is excellent. The blue is a little light, but seeing what the MUA did with my eyes today (sort of a subtle, smoky look), I can see why being able to build up the intensity of that colour might be desirable.

I posted photos and descriptions and such on my blog here:

http://morelikespace.blogspot.com/2011/05/making-faces-my-date-with-guerlain.html

I am wowed by the "luminizer" she used. My face is still glowing... I mostly haven't seen the point of such products, but I guess that's the difference between seeing ones that are "meh" and seeing ones that are really good.

Sadly, it still seems that their foundations are a touch too dark for me. the match she got wasn't bad- perhaps it would work in the summer- but I could still see it was a bit off. Too bad, because I really liked the Lingerie de Peau that she used as far as a formula.
Which Luminizer product did she use? I love the makeover results. SO pretty! If you really like the Lingerie de Peau formula and shade 02 is just a tad dark then maybe it would be worth the risk ordering the shade 01 from StrawberryNet??

Thanks for the link to the swatches! Now I definitely can't wait to get it. Good to know it behaves more like a traditional bronzer. I don't need anymore shimmer in my life either. I'm just BLOWING THROUGH my Terracotta Bronzer (I use it almost everyday), so this will be a nice addition.

I just can't justify any more bronzers in my life/stash -- this is only one face and I don't even tan just get a little bronzey in summer. That's it. I have officially convinced myself I do not need this product.

Urgh, after chasing down like a million different swatches of the thing, I'm guilty of sort-of wanting the inca one now.

Someone please kill the Inca bronzer lemming I'm suddenly having. Do I need it?

Well, I saw the "Mosaic" bronzer today. It did finally turn up here and it is gorgeous to behold. I will say that, when I saw how densely the powder was packed, I immediately thought "uh-oh", as in "there's no way that product is smooth to apply". It really looked like it was far too compacted to be workable, but the colour payoff is good, almost as good as my beloved Terra Inca SRP. The mosaic bronzer is (as it looked from the swatches) much more of a brown/ gold tone. I think it's lighter than their regular Terracotta bronzers, but it's comparable. I did not notice much of a shimmer to it. I didn't try it on my face, which is probably a good thing, because I do not need to be convinced to bring home another Guerlain product that looks too pretty to leave.

I swear, going to that counter is like taking me to the animal shelter... I see way too many things I want to take home with me and no matter how many I already have, the others all look too special to ignore...

Eek I love the picture the blogger put of her look using the eye quad! Pretty enough to make me think of purchasing! I swatched the quad today and it is super pretty but I stuck to purchasing the Terra Inca powder which I'm in love with! I'm also thinking of purchasing the orange gloss - has anyone tried it on their lips? How sheer is it?

It's not that sheer. I love it... although it photographs terribly. Looks like it's skipping on my lips. But when I wear it, I get a TON of compliments. It's a really good gloss... non sticky and wears a long time. Love it.
