Don't beat yourself up about it. It's very nice, but there are other powders that are just as nice. The new Joli Teint powders are really nice too. Maybe a darker shade of the Joli Teint would be close to the crazy terra cotta?

Thank you so much, Meddy! It's been really fun growing my collection. I truly love everything and, you're right, I love applying these beautiful products. It feels so luxurious. Oh, yes, I love the four seasons compact so much! So beautiful and well made. It's nice and weighty, which I love! I've been wanting to venture into Guerlain perfumes. If you had to choose one for a newbie like me, what would you suggest? I truly love the scent of the Summer Bronzer that smells of tea and jasmine. I was going to get the perfume in the circular bottle, but I wasn't sure if I would like it?

I'll have to look into it..I saw a reasonable price for the crazy terracotta on eBay but missed out on it sadly.

The fragrance in the circular bottle is the Terracotta Parfum. I would suggest you get whichever of the two that I mentioned is limited edition first. I think that might have
been the Terracotta Parfum. If that's no longer available, definitely go for the 'Aqua Allegoria -Teazzurra' Fragrance. It's pretty special. I don't think it's limited edition
but it is a Nordstrom exclusive, at this time.

The Terracotta perfume is a very nice summer scent. There is a whole web-site dedicated to the history and all new info about Guerlain fragrances I think it's called "Monseuir Guerlain." Forgive my horrible French spelling. Their fragrances are excellent and there is something for everyone's taste. They aren't easy to find in all the department stores, but often you can order them online. I try to get a decant before I commit to a whole bottle usually because you never know how your skin mixes with the scent. I have to say though that I regretted missing the terra cotta perfume when it was released last summer, then Guerlain made another batch. However it may not be permanent so don't hesitate too long if you really want it.

Oh It comes out every year though every summer . It was out last year I didn't buy it but then itwas out this year But I was thiking they made it perm now no ?

Finally caved and got the Terrracotta perfume this weekend. Saks had 1 left, so, naturally, I had to grab it. (NM was sold out).

Anyone planning on trying the reformulated Parure Gold Rejuvenating foundation?

Looks like it will be released in shades 00 and 01 (hopefully those shades are available everywhere).

I usually wear Guerlain foundations in 01, but in the old formula of Parure Gold, I found it a tad dark.

I'm with you! I hope shade 00 is not an Asia exclusive and is available in North America.

I'd love to try it- so many guerlain foundations run too pink on me, if they have one that is more neutral I'm happy to try it!
