You both are making me SOO excited for my white balls, hehe.I LOVE them. I was quite light-handed for obvious reasons. I had the prettiest glow---only thing missing was a halo cause I looked rather angelic

as always you ladies make me need things I didn't know I wanted lol I'm going to give them another shot. I think I was more sensitive to them from pregnancy last time I tried. I can't believe there is a thread dedicated to just balls. that is awesome!! I missed you guys!!! Was too busy with work, law school and 2 kids... by the time i'd get on a thread I was 50 pages behind so I realized that I should kinda read my text books more than threads. screw text books!!! now I need me some makeup rewards. (omg my cart is scary but who cares

Give their customer service a call. I've called Dior for similar things and usually they send a few for small or no charge. I'm sure Guerlain would as well!

i ordered my holiday balls from sephora and i am kind of disappointed because mine are mostly tan balls. should I try to exchange them? my local sephora doesn't carry guerlain so I would have to do it through the mail

I believe they're currently OOS on Sephora right now, so they'd likely only offer you to return it for your money back if you were dissatisfied with the product. ):

I just checked my holiday balls and I think what you have is normal. Mine look that way too but the pink/red balls are underneath. I think you'd be taking a huge risk and
will likely end up with the same configuration/distribution. Take a look at some of the photos posted of the holiday balls.
