I want to get the Clair compact next!! I love balls but the pressed ones a tad bit more!!

So I just tried out my new pressed meteorites in 02, and though this is the definition of first impressions, I'm very impressed. It gives me such a nice all over glowy almost dewy look, I sparkle but it's so subtle. I really get what temptalia was saying about the photoshopped look. Also, though scented products are not the best for the face, this smells so good. It is from what I can tell plastic packaging, though feels very good quality. It comes in a little velvet bag that is not as nice as chanel's but still decent. It is very pretty with the flower on the compact. 

Your review makes me so excited for my compact! I have 4 of the tins but this will be my first pressed version!

yay! personally, at least from store swatches, I prefer the pressed texture. Also, the sales associate said the meteorites are more shimmery than the pressed version.

I know that ballz are not travel or purse friendly... but they looks so beautiful on the vanity and I love to swirl my brush inside the container... they are true work of art.

The holiday méteorites look so pretty on the vanity---especially with the 'Coque d'Or' Iridescent Perfumed Powder. That bottle is super cute and matches the météorites
canister perfectly.

I stopped by my the Shoppers that gets all the Guerlain seasonal collections yesterday and the manager told me that this collection isn't hitting there for almost 2 weeks. She's promised to pull the Perles de Blush and the pressed Medium powder for me. Now I need to be strong enough to not pick them up anywhere else in the interim, since I have enough points to almost pay for both.

I'm at my winter palest now (perhaps NC22?) and the Medium pearls are perfect for me. The Clair are too pink, not too dark. I like the look of the Dore pressed powder; it reminds me a bit of my beloved Crazy Terracotta Healthy Glow powder. I'm going to try it out in store and see how it would look on me as a sheer glowy blush. The Crazy Terracotta is perfection.
