Thank you!!! Well, to give you a quick summary of how i created this....

I used acid orange from my lashes up to the crease where i blended dark soul through the whole crease of my eye. I then blended white up to my brow bone.

To do the liner... i just used an angled brush & dipped in in some water & got some kelly green pigment on the wet brush. I just mixed it around on the lid of my pigment container until it was just the right consistency. Not too watery but not to thick either.

I lined my eye with it & let it dry a minute before i lined over that with my usual liquid liner. I sort of "cut my liner in half" if you know what i mean, to give it the double liner look!
